Velikanje Properties owns and manages approximately 21 residential rental units in Yakima Washington.
The units are all located on 3 streets and are within a 4-block area near 16th Ave between Summitview and Yakima Avenues. The area is close to downtown and between Yakima Regional and Memorial Hospitals.
The units consist of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, triplexes, duplexes and single-family dwellings. Current monthly rents range from $550 for a basement apartment to $1,200 for houses. Most tenants are single employed young professionals.
We have 30 years of experience and are proud that many of our current tenants were referred by former tenants who were satisfied with the premises and our service.
